Just a quick word.... If you have a chance at all, eat at Chili's this coming Monday - September 29th.... thats any Chili's in the US

100% of the proceeds of that day go to St Jude.... 100%

Thats some good stuff. I know several people, personally, that have been helped by St Jude - they are an amazing resource for so many people. And you get some good food to boot!

So go out to eat lunch and/or dinner on Monday and help out a good cause.... its the least you can do!

The Gilliland Family

I love that this family knew what they wanted, but were still open to all my craziness. And I love that the girls wore pink and the boys wore blue - as soon as I saw them, I knew it was going to be a good shoot. Natalie told me that she just wanted some good family pictures, so thats what we went for!

The bond between this family was so strong it felt tangible... like you could almost reach out and touch it....

Natalie and her dad have the most beautiful smiles

I asked Natalie to give her dad a kiss, and just when she was about to, he backed up.... so he wouldnt get lipstick on him.... love that!

And how gorgeous is their daughter?!!

One of my crazy ideas.... but I love the feel of it...

Autumn is now here... the leaves are on the verge of changing color and the weather is gaining a crispness. It also means that my schedule is filling up, so dont wait to book your session.

I may also be offering some family mini-sessions at the end of October for Christmas cards. More details coming soon, but I would love to know how many people are interested.

Email me at talleyimages@yahoo.com to ask questions or book your session or just to chit-chat.... I love getting email... and comments

Joshua.... his parents were friends of my husband and I since college, so when we found out they were having a baby, we were so excited..... and when I found out they were coming back to visit family, well, I jumped at the chance to take pictures of their precious first child. And precious he is. He didnt make a peep the whole time I was taking pictures. He just layed in the shade and was quite content. It was just a joy!

How cute is that diaper cover?!!

I love the detail shots when it comes to babies.... I can never get enough of those sweet hands and feet.

I adore how the green is so bright against all the white

This is just too sweet for words... he could pass for a little angel

It doesnt hurt that his mom is pretty..... :)

Sophie, Amelia and Caleb

I absolutely adore this family. They just made my day to be around them. We went to the park in Meridian, which was all new to all of us. So there was plenty to see and plenty to explore. The neatest thing about it is that they have huge flocks of Canadian geese all over the place and they seemed pretty tame and would let you walk up in them. Caleb, especially, loved this - his nickname is now "The Goose Whisperer". I had such a fun time - thank you for letting me do this!

The Goose Whisperer in action

and not one bit afraid....

It seems that this park has actual mounties that ride around... this hors was taking a break for the moment, and the kids were delighted

After the horses and geese, we need a rest.... and found a swing in the shade

Each child is so different, but so beautiful and precious.

Guess it comes from precious, beautiful parents....

Family portrait!

One cool dude!

Again.... g.o.r.g.e.o.u.s.

Love the sister shot!

Macy is absolutely, positively adorable. I love photographing this age because you never know what they are going to say or do. But no worries with Macy because she was a doll the whole time. She was full of energy, smiles and giggles and as a photographer, I couldnt ask for anything better.

ok, just try and tell me this girl isnt going to be a heartbreaker....

I love these with the water in the background...

Look at those eyes.... amazing!

Squirrels require investigating....

I love this conversion....

Its definitely not hard to see why Macy is so cute!

gotta love it!
