This week has brought many blessings....

If you live in Columbus and read the Commercial Dispatch, then you may be wondering why the above picture looks so familiar..... well, it would be because it was the cover of the Sunday paper's wedding insert. I beamed when I saw it - it feels amazing to be rewarded for doing something you love. So I have to take a minute to thank Kristi and Hayes (the bride and groom) for being amazing and beautiful and the sweetest people ever. I am honored that they let me be a part of such a wonderful day. Also, thanks to the Commercial Dispatch for letting us "little-known" photographers break into the scene every once in awhile.

And.... Yesterday was my 7th anniversary... with no itch, even.... These have been the best 7 years of my life, and I owe it all to the most wonderful, beautiful, amazing man.... He just gets me and lets me be me.... I couldnt ask for anything better.... 7 years ago today, I wasnt sure that I could love him more than I did in that moment, but it has happened.... and it has been magic!

To all my couples.... I wish you all the joy that Ive had.... :)

And I want to say thank you to everyone who has left a comment or emailed me or let me have the privilege of working with you.... I owe so much to you.... on my bad days, you keep me going.... on my good days, you make it even sweeter.... I dont have words enough to thank you for allowing me the joy of doing what I love....

These two were like cotton candy...... sweet... and fun! They were such a great couple to work with. And it just so happened to be their anniversary, so they were quite the lovey-dovey couple. Which works out nice for me.... and in between shots, I could hear them whisper how much they loved each other..... so cute! And not only was it their anniversary, they are expecting their first child soon!

It didnt hurt either that they were up for anything. I could say "hey, lets try this" and they would say "yeah, sounds like fun".... oh man, do I love my clients!
