I thought it might be fun to end the week with a personal shot...

This is Emma - a little over 2 years ago... just shy of 3 years old... it was a warm day and we were outside playing with chalk in the driveway... her hair still wasnt growing yet.

The days go by so slow, but the years fly by...

Courtney and I were friends way, way back in the day in college (am I that old?!) so I was really excited to get back in touch this summer. So when she told me wanted to do a shoot, I was excited... umm, did i mention that Courtney is a tall, blonde with an equally gorgeous family? Yeah... lucky me... :)

Didnt I tell you...Ummm... not to mention they picked a gorgeous day - and the leaves had just started turning... does it get any better?Love the sun flare... :)things I love about this picture: 1. the geese and te children mimic each other, 2. the trees almost look like they are on fire with all the different colored foliage across the lakeLove those in-between moments.

thank you Courtney for having a beautiful family - and even more so for letting me be the one to capture all the memories... I had a great time and Im sad that you live so far away... I want to hang out with yall... :)

I have had a cancelation for this Saturday - Nov 19th - which means I have 2 mini-sessions open for this Saturday: 2:45 - 3:15 and 3:30 - 4:00 and then I will be completely booked for the year... Out of the Office... :)

I took this pic of the moon rising while sitting at a stop light tonight... no editing, it didnt need it.

starting tomorrow I will be out of the office/on vacation/unplugged through Monday in order to spend some time with my family.

If you need me, then call mine or Daniel's cell phone... but otherwise, i probably wont be checking or emailing anyone back until Tuesday.

Riley - Columbus MS Photographer

Well, you probably recognize Riley from this post and this post - I love this family! And I think you all know how much I love Halloween by now... so when Bonnie asked me about doing Riley's halloween costume party - I think I about fell out of my seat... so excited.

And seriously... My "job" is to take pictures of this little man - not work at all.
Of course, the whole family is gorgeous... :)

Actually loving all the little superheros running around.This is Batman's little brother... so cute!I cant thank the Hill family enough for everything that they are and have given of themselves. Im so grateful to have the most amazing clients in the world. :)

And now back to our regularly scheduled program... :)

Not often do I get a request to shoot in the cemetery - but if you know me at all, then you can imagine how excited I was by that.... and then when I found out it was the most adorable, blonde-haired one year old boy - be still my heart!Look at this face!Can you stand it?!!!After the cemetery, we hit up some kudzu and the playground.... Aiden had such a good time. Love these little moments.He has a really sweet mama too... :)Well, I hope yall are ready to get back to some real business... goodness knows, you are probably tired of seeing my mug on this blog... :) I have lots and lots to post - its been keeping me super busy, and for that Im super thankful. Speaking of... I cannot believe its November already! Wow!

That means Christmas is coming up soon, soon, soon.... if you were thinking about getting some pictures done, Im still deciding about the mini-sessions (see bottom of last post), but I need to know something ASAP... like right now!
