Personal Thursday?  What is happening in the world?  Yes, its true... because I will be off tomorrow and Im not sure I will be around the computer so I wanted to go ahead and get this up today... this was taken in November when we celebrated Wallace and Emma's birthday at my family's since their birthdays are so close together... cant believe my kids are getting so old.

Sneak Peek - Columbus Ms Photographer

I did Gabe's birthday pics a few weeks back but havent really gotten to post them yet, but soon!  This is probably my favorite of the whole lot... b/c it absolutely says "Gabe" to me.  We were just talking and he was trying to think - goodness, I love that boy.   Cant wait to show you some more of the shoot tomorrow!

Man, it is starting to get crazy around here... and it doesnt promise to let up until December.  I am so, so thankful to be so busy.  It makes me so happy... and busy it is.  By the time, December gets here, I will be layed out on the floor, super exhausted... but then after about a week, I will be ready to start it all over again.   Funny how that works.

Happy Birthday, Gabe - Columbus MS Photographer

Today is my first-born's birthday... I cant believe he is eight! Im not sure where the time has gone. This one is a clone of his mama, which is good and bad... :) He does make my heart go pitter-pat though, and there isnt one second when I havent loved being his mama. He will always be my favorite Gabe in the whole world....

*I know he would be tickled pink if you left a birthday wish... :)

Happy Birthday - Columbus MS Photographer

Happy Birthday to my amazing husband, Daniel. He turns 32 today! Weve been married for 10 years already, which is way longer than I expect anyone to put up with my craziness.... I guess it helps that I married the most amazing man in the whole wide world.

I could gush and gush about him, but I dont think I could really put it into words how wonderful he is.... seriously... if youve seen any Tyler Perry movie (think Madea), then you know there is always one guy in the movie who is gorgeous and is the sweetest thing ever - I mean, he's so good that you think that a guy like that cant really exist and then you get all weepy and eat ice cream b/c you wish that guy did exist.....

Except he does... and he's all mine... and I aint sharing!

Ha!

But for real, Daniel is amazing and beautiful and has shown me a whole other side of love that I didnt know existed... and he puts up with all the crazy (b/c yes, there is alot of crazy at our house and alot of starts with me).... I love him, I love him, I love him...

*and for Daniel: let go, baby hippo..... ha ha ha ha.... I love you!

Gabe: 7 years old

You dont hear alot about my oldest - Gabe.... He isnt really the social butterfly that Emma is and he isnt really so "new" as Wallace.... but he holds my heart. And he just turned 7 in August. 7!!! I cant believe I have a 7 year old b/c mostly that just means that Im old... or actually if you looked at the pictures, you might just say that Im 7 b/c well, Gabe is pretty much his mama made over... and I love him for that.He already looks like he is bordering on the verge of teenage-hood. At 7... I can only imagine how old he is going to look next year... I dont know if I can stand it!

This is what we did on his actual birthday.... we had some celebratory pancakes.
And took the training wheels off...
It was a good day.... glad that this one is all mine... :)

Riley - Columbus MS Photographer

Well, you probably recognize Riley from this post and this post - I love this family! And I think you all know how much I love Halloween by now... so when Bonnie asked me about doing Riley's halloween costume party - I think I about fell out of my seat... so excited.

And seriously... My "job" is to take pictures of this little man - not work at all.
Of course, the whole family is gorgeous... :)

Actually loving all the little superheros running around.This is Batman's little brother... so cute!I cant thank the Hill family enough for everything that they are and have given of themselves. Im so grateful to have the most amazing clients in the world. :)
