Art Show and Abby! - Columbus MS Photographer

Just wanted to let everyone know that there will be an independent art show tomorrow evening (5:30 -7:30) at the downtown Columbus studio of Renee Reedy (right under Cafe on Main!) - some of my work will be featured and also will be for sale. I would absolutely love the support of anyone who wants to come by. (and I have been told that the show is completely kid friendly, so dont let that hinder you coming)... I really do look forward to seeing you there!

Ok, as promised... here are Abby's pics. I was so excited to shoot them, and during editing, I just fell in love with them all over. Can you believe Abby has never modeled before? She was amazing and I hope to work with her again.

Ok, let me just say wow! I have been booking like crazy lately and I am so, so, so excited.... in fact, Im now booking for June and July (still have a few weekday afternoons available in April and May if you are interested).... I cant tell you how excited I am to be working, to be creating, to be making new memories and friends. So, so good... and I have no one to thank, but you!

And Im really excited about the art show tomorrow as well.... this will be my first offical gallery show and I cant even describe how that makes me feel. Thank you to everyone who made this happen. I am completely indebted to you.

Like I said, changes are coming... including a change to prices, products that I offer and the website... so get your booking in now if you like what you see.... :)

Taylor - Columbus MS Senior Photographer

Yay... its senior time again. Have I mentioned how much I love doing senior pictures? Like, really love them... like they are always some of my favorite sessions... Usually its just the girls who want senior pics done, but every once in awhile I will snag a guy. Taylor was my first guy senior session this year, and Im not sure it could have gone any better.
All Taylor's idea... and I love it!Sorry girls, he is taken...Ummm... yes, we totally found an empty fish pond in the middle of the sidewalk... and Taylor totally rocked it out.I am loving this amazing weather.... wish it could stay like this year round... :) It also means I am booking up very fast... dont wait to book your session. The leaves are just about to change - Im so excited - I cant wait for fall pictures!

Senior Rep Program - Columbus MS Photographer

So I thought it was about time I introduced you to my senior rep program since it will be soon time for senior pics... and I know most seniors want really cool pictures that show just who they are while parents want not to have to pay an arm and a leg... well, I can help you both out.

This senior rep program is open to all seniors for 2011 and 2012. Everyone who participates will get a $10 print credit right off the bat... and then for everyone that you refer, you get another $10 print credit and they get a $10 print credit as well.... meaning that the more people who refer you, the more you get.

In addition, to the first senior at each local high school that enrolls in the program, they will get their cd with all the edited pictures from their session for free.

The next thing everyone wants to know about is the turn-around time and how much time do you need? Well, I usually have your images ready to view within a week after the session (the cd can be ready within 1-3 days after that)... then when you are ready to order prints, they only take 1-2 weeks to come in - that is a very fast turnaround.

Senior pics are alot of fun.... I encourage everyone to book a session - they are the perfect addition to graduation announcements and thank you cards!

To whet your appetite, here are a few of my favorite seniors past....

Dont wait too long to book your session... the first senior from each school gets a cd of all their picture for free - you dont want to be second in that line... :)
