Tina & Robert: the wedding part 2 - Columbus MS Photographer

Ok, lets go ahead and get to the good stuff... the pics of the bride and groom - what a gorgeous, fun couple - I LOVED taking their pictures and because we did pictures before the ceremony, we had plenty of time to get some amazing stuff... here, check it out for yourself!

See, didnt I tell you Tina was beautiful!the great thing about antebellum homes... they usually have some fun wallpaper!the first look... I love this part!Love this one.... :)And they lived happily ever after...

Ceremony and Reception will be up next tomorrow... such a sweet and intimate ceremony... :)

So excited that tomorrow is Friday and ready to get the weekend started... I will be out of the office on Monday and Tuesday, so if I dont get back to you until Wednesday, that is the reason and its not because Im ignoring you or anything... :)

Tina & Robert: the wedding" part 1 - Columbus MS Photographer

Tina & Robert are such amazing people... they have been together forever and they finally got the chance to make it official! I was absolutely honored to be the one to do their pictures as it was just beautiful. They got married at the Puckett House on the W campus which is so gorgeous with just family and close friends - they were surrounded by love and good wishes... :)

Today I thought I would show you the "getting ready" part... always one of my favorite parts of the day - everyone is usually just relaxed and getting pretty... :)How gorgeous was Tina.... her skin is absolutely incredible!Getting into the dress!Going out for pictures... :)The preacher signing the license....and then going over the vows before it all starts.Almost time.Cant wait to show you some more tomorrow... its going to be good!

And if you are curious... yes, Im super behind on posting pictures... sometimes life gets busy (ok, life is always busy, but sometimes it just catches up with you).... so I am going to try to get those out for you to see all the goodness really soon... so much good stuff I cant wait for you to see... so definitley come back!

Personal Friday - Columbus MS Photographer

Today we are going way, way back about 15 or so years ago... back to high school days... and Im betting you can guess which one I am, right? And the saying is pretty much true - once a cheerleader, always a cheerleader. Its weird, right? Im kind of this punk/goth girl who mostly wears gray and black... but yet, I would give just about anything to cheer again - especially partner stunt... too bad, my old lady body is not so flexible anymore....

Thankfully though, I can be one of those obnoxious toddlers and tiara type moms who live their dreams through their daughter... b/c Emma... well, Emma is excited about the thought of taking cheerleading classes and is constantly bouncing around the house... and me - I could not be more excited to have someone to carry on the legacy (it exists in my head, cut me some slack)

I cannot wait to get started... :)

The Rose Tattoo - Columbus Ms Photographer

Last night was the opening of The Rose Tattoo and from what I hear, it went really well... I also got news that two of my pictures made the Starkville Daily News front page yesterday - awesome.... so I thought Id share those with you today... :)
This one wasnt in the paper, but I just love of it of Daniel!
Congrats to everyone in the play and the ones behind the scenes at well.... it is wonderful and you have much to be proud of!
