Emma is my muse...

Emma is my daughter and she is amazing.... she oftentimes is my muse for pictures b/c she is so silly, but so girly, and she is very laid back..... (I also have a 3 year old son, but he is not as keen on having his pic taken anymore)....

On quite a few occasions, Emma has gone on location scouts with me before I have a shoot... she helps me pick out spots and see how they photograph.....

she is not always keen on where I put her.... like this kudzu

As Ive said before, I love working with people who are in love.... they are always fun to be around and always really sweet to each other, so its a treat to get to be in that world, even for a little bit....

It also helps when they are young and gorgeous..... it usually means they will do whatever crazy things I ask....

like move an abandoned chair we found in an alley up against a random brick wall...


or climb trees....




I think we all had a good time though....I love this set...

You know how there are just people out there that are "good-'ol, down-home" people.... that would be this brother & sister and their family.... they made me feel so welcome, and this brother & sister were just so good.... and so easy to photograph - they just played and I hung out.... it doesnt get easier than that!
